Jeep celebrates anniversary with 80th Anniversary editions

Jeep celebrates its 80th anniversary this year. To celebrate this milestone, the brand supplies the Renegade, Wrangler and Compass as ’80th Anniversary’. The special edition of the Renegade is currently available, with the Wrangler and Compass to follow later this year.

Don’t expect shocking things with the anniversary edition. The 80th Anniversary models really stand out mainly because of the badges, which can be found in abundance in both the interior and the exterior. Furthermore, they stand on special alloy wheels and the exterior accents are finished in ‘Granite Crystal’, or matt dark gray. Furthermore, Jeep sprinkles the party models with a large load of options. On the Wrangler, Compass and Renegade, features such as the UConnect multimedia system, Keyless Go, a reversing camera and various safety systems are standard equipment. The 80th Anniversary is not bound to one specific engine variant per model. Celebrating can therefore be combined with multiple motorcycles.

The Renegade is available immediately as an 80th Anniversary from € 32,290. For that you get the 120 hp 1.0 T three-cylinder. The Dutch price will follow later. For the Compass, the 80th Anniversary will also be the introduction model of the facelift. Jeep now also shows the first photos for the European market. The front bumper has been addressed and the interior has also been given a different layout, with prominent displays. Jeep will explain the facelifted Compass in more detail at a later stage.
