
‘You don’t want to be there’ is this time the title of John Vanderaart’s weekly column on pcactive.nl. His previous column was called very appropriate slow start.
The son went on vacation with three bosom friends. In Kyrgyzstan. A country that is bordered by Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, China and Tadjikistan. Then you know, right? Better: “Then you don’t know at all!” Via Polarsteps he kept us informed of his and his contraction. I tell you, “It was more woe than!” At least, that was what we (= his causators) could make out of the photos. The food determines unclear, most drinks fermented, sleep in a tight steadless yurt in unwashed sleeping bags, not recognizable the toilet as such. With bleeding backside horse riding, nowhere page velvet, the dinner themselves had to slaughter several times. My son is used to a bit, but this was still an outdoor category and also his first vacation in which he – seriously – turned out to have lost weight. Immediately back in the Netherlands, he already screamed for his mother’s daddy! I have to say, I enjoyed his unique travel stories on Polarsteps. I am usually very jealous of people who stay in the strange: “But not this time.”
Well, that is not easy, there in Kyrgyzstan. But if the need is high, then it always wants to work …
