Get in from less than €39,000
The delivery range of the electric Kia Niro EV will immediately look slightly different. The available versions have been given different names and the prices have been adjusted. To the buyer’s advantage. The starting price of the Kia Niro EV drops by €1,000.
At the end of last year, Kia supplemented the delivery range of the electric Niro EV with the Light Edition and the Edition Advanced. These two flavors, presented as temporary versions, will disappear and the regular DynamicLine, DynamicPlusLine and ExecutiveLine versions will also be cancelled. That seems to mean that there is nothing left, but that is of course not the case. The Kia Niro EV is now available in five other flavors: Light, Light Advanced, Air, Plus and Plus Advanced. The Kia Niro EV is available as Light from €38,995. This means that the starting price of the Niro EV has dropped by €1,000. The now no longer available Light Edition was available from €39,995. The Light Advanced costs €40,995. We have listed all prices below.

Regardless of the chosen version, the Kia Niro EV has a 64.8 kWh battery and a 204 hp and 255 Nm strong electric motor that drives the front wheels. This allows you to zoom from a standstill to a speed of 100 km/h in 7.8 seconds. More relevant: the reach. That amounts to up to 460 kilometers. The equipment does of course differ from version to version.
Equipment
Basic Light version offers, among other things, 17-inch alloy wheels, active lane assistant, adaptive cruise control, automatic high beams, traffic sign recognition and a reversing camera. Also included: a 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster and an infotainment system with a screen of the same diagonal. Navigation? Included, as well as dual-zone climate control and Smart Key. The Light Advanced version adds adaptive cruise control that is linked to the navigation system, as well as items such as Highway Assistance, front parking sensors, a rain sensor, mood lighting, electrically folding exterior mirrors, front seat heating, a heated steering wheel, semi-artificial leather upholstery and – not unimportant – battery preheating. The Air adds blind spot assistance, rear cross-traffic alert, exit protection, full artificial leather upholstery, an electrically adjustable driver’s seat, an induction charger and more extensive LED lighting. Those who opt for the Plus also get a head-up display, an electrically operated tailgate, a sliding/tilting roof and LED interior lighting. Top version Plus Advanced tops things off with more extensive highway assistance with which you can also change lanes ‘autonomously’, but also with things like V2L, nicer interior trim, rear seat heating, rear seat ventilation, aluminum pedals, a driver’s seat with memory function and a passenger seat with relax mode.
