Lotus offers access to 600,000 charging stations

Lotus is no longer the brand it has been for decades. The brand’s two most recent models are fully electric and it is those models that Lotus, like the brand’s future cars, offers access to 600,000 European chargers.

The two youngest Lotus models are of a completely different kind than what you are used to at work. The Lotus Eletre is a large electric SUV and the Emeya is at least as electric, but is in sedan form. From now on, Lotus will only market fully electric cars. To give its riders a helping hand, Lotus has entered into a partnership with Bosch and Mobilize.

Anyone who drives a Lotus Eletre, Emeya or in the future another EV from the brand will have access to the Bosch charging network. According to the English, this gives Lotus owners access to more than 600,000 charging stations, spread across thirty countries. The brand’s electric cars come hand in hand with the so-called Lotus Charging Card, which you can use to charge at stations. Where are the stations of the Bosch charging network located? You can find this in the telephone application that you can download. Lotus joins forces with Mobilize Power Solutions to install a charger at home. You pay €2,155 (excluding tax) for this. Fast charging with the Emeya and Eletre is possible with up to 350 kW.
