From some photos you know immediately that they will always be dear to you. Mark them as favorites in Google Photos and quickly find your favorites later.
Photo with star
The ‘Favorites’ album is a special album in Google Photos. This is because all photos that you mark with a star will be included. Favorite a photo as follows:
- Open the Photos app on the smartphone or tablet, or open the Google Photos site on the computer.
- In the Photos section, tap/click the photo you want to bookmark.
- At the top right is a star icon. Tap/click on the star.
- The star takes on a full white color. Tap/click the left arrow to go back to the photo overview.
The ‘Favorites’ folder can be found in Google Photos under the Library (app) or Library (PC) section.
