Maserati GranTurismo: just like a Grecale inside

The run-up to the introduction of the new Maserati GranTurismo is a long one. Little by little, Maserati released more information and new images of its new sports coupé last year, but the Italians still kept a few things under wraps. For example, there are still no official specifications of the electric GranTurismo Folgore. Today we can finally show you the interior of the new Maserati GranTurismo and at least one empty space has been filled.

Maserati has tacitly supplemented its image database with images of the interior of the new GranTurismo. We can therefore not only show you the interior of the GranTurismo in its mildest form (Modena), but also that of the more violent Trofeo and the electric Folgore. The workplace of the new GranTurismo is quite similar to that of another brand new Maserati: the Grecale. Both models have a center console containing not only an infotainment display, but also an attached screen that allows you to control the climate control, among other things. Furthermore, even the design of the door panels is broadly similar.

Maserati GranTurismo

The GranTurismo Modena has a 490 hp and 600 Nm strong 3.0 V6 and is therefore the mildest variant. The Trofeo provides more V6 violence, which is a lot more potent with 550 hp and 650 Nm. This variant hits 100 km / h in 3.5 seconds. As mentioned, the new GranTurismo does not only come with petrol engines. In the form of the Maserati GranTurismo Folgore, there is also an electric version. With 761 hp and 1,350 Nm, it is by far the most powerful. It buzzes to 100 km/h in just 2.7 seconds. Whoever fully depresses the pedal for 8.8 seconds, races over the road at 200 km / h. The top speed of this four-wheel drive electric GranTurismo is a very impressive 320 km / h for an EV. An open GranCabrio will follow later.
