Since the Italians are fans of special editions, the 330 hp strong Ghibli Hybrid could of course not stay away. The day of love, the Chinese equivalent of Valentine’s Day, was a good reason to take a look at the model for the Chinese market: the ‘Love Audacious’. For this Maserati teamed up with William Chan. We had to visit him, but in China this actor / singer / influencer enjoys a considerable degree of fame. He also owns the clothing brand ‘CANOTWAIT_’ and that designation is found on the sides of the Ghibli and in a label on the center console.
However, the paint color ‘Digital Aurora’ catches the eye the most. The paint is made up of three layers and has a purple glow, which is mainly due to purple glass flakes in the paint. The color seems to take on a different shade depending on the lighting and the viewing angle. Furthermore, the Ghibli of love rolls on black 20-inch Teseo wheels from the Fuoriserie range and the brake calipers are painted blue. The blue also comes back on the air vents in the flanks and in the stitching of the seats.
