Brabus XLP 900 6x6 Super Black

From the previous generation G-class it delivered a frankly bizarre AMG six-wheel version. There is no such version of the current model yet, so Mercedes tuner Brabus has decided to put such a rarity on and off the road itself. These are the Brabus XLP 800 6×6 Adventure and the Brabus XLP 900 6×6 Superblack.

As before, the current Mercedes-Benz G-Class is available in various flavors. Although the G 500 will soon disappear, you can go for an executioner of an AMG variant, among other things, and those who look at Mercedes-Benz will even get a more than remarkable Mercedes-AMG G 63 4×4² with extra large ground clearance and portal axles. Mercedes-Benz does not yet deliver an all-surpassing 6×6 like that of the previous generation G-class. However, such a version is now for sale. Thanks to the Brabus Mercedes-adepts.

In fact, there are two versions. We start with the Brabus XLP 800 6×6 Adventure. As its name indicates, the Brabus XLP 800 6×6 is based on the XLP 800 that Brabus already had on the shelves. The XLP 800 is a downright bizarre appearance in itself. After all, it is a G-class transformed into a pick-up with an off-road chassis, the necessary external extras and a 4.0 V8 pumped up to 800 hp and 1,000 Nm. The 6×6 adds extra length and a second rear axle.

With a length of 5.31 meters, the Brabus XLP 800 was almost 70 centimeters longer than a regular G-class. This 6×6 with its car length of 6.23 meters goes even further. The executioner of a powertrain helps the colossus in 5.8 seconds from standstill to 100 km / h. Its top speed is electronically limited to 210 km/h because of the off-road tires. This 6×6 variant also has portal axles and has a total of 47.3 centimeters of ground clearance. The XLP 800 6×6 Adventure costs at least €1.1 million. Yes, excluding VAT and local taxes.

The second variant is called Brabus XLP 900 6×6 Superblack and its model name also indicates what you can expect from it. It shares its base with the 900 hp and 1,250 Nm strong XLP 900 and, unlike the always white XLP 800 6×6 Adventure, is painted black by definition. It measures 6.18 meters in length, is 2.09 meters wide and has an original 4.0-liter V8 enlarged to 4.5 liters that fires the colossus to 100 km / h in 5.2 counts. The Brabus XLP 900 6×6 Superblack will cost you at least €1.19 million.
