Trophy Extended Range temporarily for the price of a Luxury
The electric MG 4 Electric has recently become available as a Trophy Extended Range with a range of more than 520 kilometers. That version has only just arrived, but it is already benefiting from a significant temporary price reduction.
The MG 4 Electric was introduced this year in three flavors. The electric hatchback was available as Standard with a 170 hp electric motor on the rear axle and a 51 kWh battery and as Comfort and Luxury, each with a 204 hp electric heart and a 64 kWh battery. Recently the brand added two quite interesting engine versions. The MG 4 Electric came to our country not only as a 435 hp XPower, but also as a Trophy Extended Range with a larger battery and a significantly greater range. It is the MG 4 Electric Trophy Extended Range that is now temporarily €3,500 less expensive.
The MG 4 Trophy Extended Range is not only the only version of the MG 4 with a 245 hp electric motor, but also the only one with a 77 kWh battery pack in its base. This combination gives the MG 4 Electric Trophy Extended Range a range of 520 kilometers. Until now, this version was on the Dutch price list for €41,285, but it is now temporarily €3,500 less expensive. This means that the MG 4 Electric with the longest range will now cost you €37,785. This makes it just as expensive as the MG 4 Electric in Luxury trim with a 204 hp electric motor and 64 kWh battery. The price reduction is not permanent, however. This price of just under 38 grand applies until October 31. With the Trophy Extended Range you can zoom from a standstill to a speed of 100 km/h in 6.5 seconds. The MG 4 Electric with the longest breath is also the most luxuriously equipped of the bunch and it is the only variant that can fast charge up to 144 kW.
