Mini celebrates the 30th anniversary of the Mini Convertible by launching a special version of the current model: the Seaside Edition. The Mini Convertible Seaside Edition runs as Cooper and Cooper S and costs a minimum of €44,290.
Meet the Mini Convertible Seaside Edition, a special version of the Mini Convertible that you can distinguish from the regular convertibles by a number of external extras. The Seaside Edition has two white stripes on the sides and the body is in the colors Nanuq White or Caribbean Blue. We see a Seaside badge on the front screens and we also read the name of the version on the tailgate and on the door sills. Mini puts the Seaside Editions on 17-inch Roulette Spoke wheels and has 18-in Pulse Spokecopies on the option list. A striking detail are the hub caps that do not rotate with the wheel and where the number 30 returns.
If you go for the Mini Cabrio Cooper S as a Seaside Edition, the front bumper has a decorative element in the form of a stylized number ’30’. In the interior you will find with Cross Punch Carbon Blackleather-upholstered seats and here too we see the name of the version in several places, including on the steering wheel and for the co-driver on the dashboard. The car key is – just like the floor mats and a number of interior panels – finished with a wave pattern.
Both the 136 hp Mini Cooper Convertible and the 178 hp Cooper S Convertible are available as a Seaside Edition. The Mini Cooper Convertible Seaside Edition costs €44,290. For the Cooper S Convertible Seaside Edition you will have to pay €50,490.
