Model year update for Nissan Leaf

Not impressed with the model year update recently implemented by Nissan on the Micra? Then just sit down for it. The model year update that the electric Nissan Leaf is undergoing is even thinner, if possible.

Nissan is implementing a model year update on the Leaf, but the renewal round does not involve much. Nissan is making In-Car WiFi available for the Leaf for the first time, enabling occupants to connect to a WiFi hotspot.

Nissan also adds Intelligent Blind Spot Intervention (IBSI) to the standard equipment of the Leaf. This system brakes the car if it detects dangers and keeps the car on the road. From the Tekna version, the Leaf now has the Intelligent Rear View Mirror, in fact a digital interior mirror. Prefer just the rear view that a conventional rear view mirror gives you? No problem, it can be adjusted with the push of a button.

Good news for those who have never been able to find a good seating position in the Leaf. From now on, the steering wheel in the Leaf can also be adjusted axially (in depth). Nissan is also adding new features to the NissanConnect Services smartphone application.
