The Dutch importer has already received more than 1,500 reservations in the run-up to the launch of the electric Mustang Mach-E. Most people want the version with the largest battery pack.
According to Ford, the number of reservations is higher than expected, because the importer talks about “the first success” of the Mustang Mach-E. The “more than 1,500” Dutch have already invested € 1,000 in the electric Ford in anticipation of the market launch. In 450 cases, it is the exclusive four-wheel-driven First Edition. This version is already sold out for the Netherlands. The price of the First Edition started in the Netherlands at € 70,940. This top version of the AWD has a 98.8 kWh battery pack and comes 540 kilometers away.
However, Ford receives the majority of reservations for the rear-wheel drive Mustang Mach-E with the same battery pack. According to Ford, this is “up to 600 kilometers away”. The most chosen colors are Shadow Black and Carbonized Gray. The basic price for this version in our country is € 58,075. You can board a Mustang Mach-E from € 49,925. The standard battery then has a capacity of 75.7 kWh with which a range of 450 kilometers must be achievable.
The electric Ford can still be reserved until further notice. Delivery is planned for the last quarter of this year. Whether all 1,500 customers will receive their car this year has not been announced.
