Whether three-wheeler Morgan Super 3 should be labeled as a car is a question that cannot be answered unequivocally by everyone. The fact is that the Super 3 offers one of the most impractical but no less fun ways to explore the tarmac. That exploration becomes a bit more convenient with this special one-off based on the English leisure machine.

In February, Morgan presented the successor to the 3 Wheeler: the Super 3. In contrast to its predecessor, the Morgan Super 3 no longer has a V2 engine block hanging in front of its nose, but a three-cylinder turbo engine from Ford, which has been incorporated into the body. The tricycle offers vulgar indulgence for the first time, such as heating for the foot compartment and a steering wheel that is adjustable in height and depth, and although the Super 3 is slightly less user-unfriendly, the jolly Brit cannot be described as practical. Morgan, together with swimwear manufacturer Orlebar Brown, is introducing a special one-off that makes the Super 3 a nicer travel car according to its creators.

This is the Morgan x Orlebar Brown Super 3, a one-off special variant of the Super 3 with a special canopy under which you are somewhat protected from the elements. Just like the interior of the Super 3, the fabric hood is finished in the color Khaki Sand. In addition, the special Super 3 has a luggage rack with red elastic bands on both sides. Handy for clamping something behind, although your luggage hung outside the car will undoubtedly become incredibly gross from splashing sand, mud or water.

Of course, the Orlebar Brown version of the Super 3 is a way for Morgan to bring the Super 3 back to the spotlight and for Orlebar Brown to put himself in the spotlight with a car, although it is not inconceivable that the special edition accessories will eventually become available for the tricycle.
