The general manager of Lenovo has shown the Motorola Razr 3. Lenovo shares these images and also shows a video of the device. We see, among other things, a new and sleeker design. What else do we see?
Video and announcement
Chen Jin, the general manager of Lenovo (the makers of the Motorola devices), has been looking forward to it lately. Last week he already confirmed that the Motorola Edge 30 Ultra will have a large camera sensor, and this week he proudly shows off the yet-to-be-announced Razr 3. So reports GSMArena† The images of his ‘announcement’ were subsequently shared by Lenovo. Lenovo has also posted a video of the device. In this video we see almost nothing concrete, but we do see that the device will get two cameras and again a large screen on the front.
However, we see more in the images of Chen Jin. We see that the Motorola Razr 3 will have a sleeker design than its predecessors. This predecessor all had a large chin, as a tribute to the Razr V3. This was nicely done, but the big chin was not very practical. Motorola now seems to see this and to opt for a more modern and sleek design.
Other specifications and availability
Something has already been leaked about the upcoming Motorola Razr 3, or Razr 2022. For example, the new Razr would have the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor. With this, the Razr 3, in contrast to its predecessors, will have access to a high-end chipset. The device would also have a 6.7-inch 120 Hz Full HD + AMOLED panel.
The new Razr is rumored to cost around 1150 euros. Not cheap, but a lot lower than the 1499 and 1599 euros Razr 5G and the original Razr. It is not yet known exactly when the Razr 3 will be officially announced. This is expected to happen this summer. You can read more about the Razr 3 in the articles below.
