Naran Automotive has its first hypercar on the menu with the Naran, a heavily sprayed monster for which the manufacturer is now presenting a new option. The Naran is available with what its creators call the Celare Pack, which makes the thick 1,000 hp four-seater coupé just a little more subtle.
In November last year, Naran Automotive introduced the Naran to the world, a coupé with – in theory – four seats and a mighty biturbo 5.0 V8 in the nose that helps the car to no less than 1,063 hp. The Naran is a coupé equipped with exuberant spoiler work that looks a bit like a GT3 racer. Not a fan of that heavy rear spoiler? No worries. Naran Automotive introduces an option that is somewhat comparable to the Touring Package that Porsche introduced on the previous 911 GT3. Indeed, the Naran is also available without an insane rear spoiler.
It’s about the Celare Pack, which transforms the Naran into a slightly more modest appearance. The option, named after the Latin word for ‘hide’, allows the owner to remove the carbon fiber rear wing. Naran Automotive slightly adjusts the aerodynamics with the Celare Pack, although the optical differences are minimal. The spoiler is relatively easy to mount on the back of the Naran. If you put the wing back, the car generates up to 1,377 kilos of downforce. Fiercely. Just like the numbers, by the way. The Naran thunders to 60 mph (97 km / h) in ‘less than’ 2.3 seconds and clocked 160 km / h in 4.6 seconds. Its top speed? 370 km / h. Only 49 Narans will hit the road in total.
