New Apple products are arriving this week, but there is also bad news. Apple will not be holding a presentation this spring. This is what’s going on.
Apple comes with new products
March promises to be an important month for Apple, as several new Apple products are expected to be presented. We can probably expect a new iPad Pro and iPad Air this week. According to rumors, the latter will appear for the first time in two formats. The iPad Air also has a 12.9-inch screen, in addition to the 10.9-inch version.

In addition, the MacBook Air and the Mac mini are making the switch to the M3 chip. All new Apple products mainly receive an update under the hood, but the opposite is true with the new iPhone. Apple is giving the iPhone 15 a new look. Like every year, the current iPhone appears in a cheerful spring color. It was unknown for a long time how Apple will unveil these new devices, but it is now clear that there will probably not be a major event.
No spring event in 2024
Bad news for Apple fans, because there will once again be no spring event from the company this year. While Apple organizes an event every year in June and September, this happens once in a while in the spring. This previously happened in 2015, 2015, 2016, 2018, 2019, 2021 and 2022. Although many new Apple products will be released this month, there will be no special event.
Instead, the company plans to unveil all new devices through press releases and videos. A lot less exciting, with the new Apple products likely to be unveiled throughout this month. According to the usually reliable Apple expert Mark Gurman, the company plans to release all new devices by April at the latest.
More new Apple products on the way
In addition to the new Apple products, we can also expect new accessories. For example, the Magic Keyboard for the iPad Pro is getting an update, just like the Apple Pencil. It is also quite possible that the Magic Mouse and the Magic Keyboard for the Mac will finally receive an updated version with a USB-C port. New cases and watch straps will be released for the iPhone and Apple Watch.

So, according to Gurman, we can expect these new Apple products sometime in March or April. In any case, another series of software updates will be released this week, including iOS 17.4 and iPadOS 17.4.
