Fritz! On the IFA 2025 in Berlin, has presented a series of new products and innovations in the field of fiber optic, cable internet, Wi-Fi 7 and Mesh Wi-Fi. The manufacturer, which focuses on the European market, comes with a wide portfolio of routers, repeaters and smarthome solutions.

The biggest eye-catcher is the Fritz! Box 6690 Pro, a cable router that is the first in the world to combine Tri-Band Wi-Fi 7 with an integrated Docsis modem. The device also supports Smart Home via Zigbee, Matter and DECT ULE and achieves Wi-Fi speeds of up to 12 Gbit/s. Fritz is aiming for that! On users who want a powerful total package for telephony, network management and smart applications.

The manufacturer also takes steps in the field of wireless coverage. For example, the new Fritz! Repeaters 1700 and 2700 and the corresponding mesh sets, which must ensure a stable connection with a low delay, even in larger homes. For outdoor use, there will also be the Fritz! Repeater 1610 Outdoor, a weather-resistant model with Wi-Fi 6 and Poe, intended for garden or terrace.

Mobile
In addition to cable and Wi-Fi range, Fritz is introducing! Also innovations for mobile internet. The Fritz! Box 6825 4G is a compact entry model with Wi-Fi 6 and global compatibility, suitable for use en route. In addition, the Fritz! Wlan Stick 6700 appears, with which laptops and PC’s Tri-Band Wi-Fi 7 can use.

For households that use DSL or fiber optic, Fritz is launching! The Fritz! Box 7630 and 4630. The 7630 is intended as an affordable DSL entry model with Multi-Link Operation, while the 4630 focuses on users who already have a fiber optic modem and want to take advantage of stable Wi-Fi 7, low latency and flowing streaming. Both models offer the trusted Fritz! Functions, such as telephony, Smart Home and extensive network settings.

The fiber optic modems are also being renewed. With the Fritz! Box 5690 XGS, 5690 Pro and 5690, the manufacturer responds to the various European networks, including GPON, AON and XGS-Pon, with speeds of up to 10 Gbit/s. These models combine high performance with support for telephony, VPN and Smart Home applications.

In addition to hardware, Fritz! Also new software and smart home products. The Fritz! Smart Energy 201 is an expansion of the energy management offer, and with Fritz!
