New Hyundai Tucson interior on display

This month Hyundai will present the new Tucson to the world, a new generation of the SUV of which the brand has previously shown a series of design sketches. A photo of the interior of that new Korean has now surfaced via various digital channels.

Hyundai recently shared a set of digital drawings of the new Tucson, images showing both the exterior and interior of the new SUV. Including via Worldscoop An actual photo of the interior of the new Tucson is now on display. This shows just a little better than in the design sketch how the workplace of the new fourth generation Tucson is designed.

The photo clearly shows that at least half of the center console is filled by a wide display, a screen in which of course things like the navigation and audio system are housed. Below it, a series of shortcuts seem available to quickly switch between various settings. Behind the specially designed steering wheel we see a relatively free-standing panel, a digital screen that naturally functions as an instrumentation. Another striking design element relates to the outlets of the ventilation system. At the top of the center console, Hyundai places two conventionally designed units, while the ventilation grilles for the driver and co-driver are incorporated in a thin strip that follows the line of the dashboard across the width. The whole apparently flows almost seamlessly into the design of the door panels.

Plug-in hybrid

The new Tucson replaces the current one presented in 2015. The new Tucson, whose exterior design is clearly derived from that of the Vision T Concept that shone in Los Angeles last year, will at least get a plug-in hybrid variant, but will also be available with more common gasoline and diesel engines. come. Next week, Hyundai will pull the curtain on the completely new fourth-generation Tucson.
