Ford is putting a new top-of-the-line model at the top of the Transit Connect range. The smoothly dressed orderer bears the name Sport and can be ordered immediately.
Ford already supplies the Transit Connect in various trim levels, including Ambiente, Trend and Limited. Ford is now adding the Sport version to that list of flavors. This is only available in combination with the 120 hp 1.5 EcoBlue diesel engine, which is always linked to an eight-speed automatic transmission.
It can be recognized from the outside by its 17-inch alloy wheels, sporty looking bumpers and striping. It does not stop with the exterior, Ford also equips the Transit Connect Sport with keyless entry, heated front seats, climate control, cruise control, electrically adjustable and heated exterior mirrors, partial leather upholstery, a leather-covered steering wheel and a light and rain sensor. More fun is in a Sport Pack, which includes Ford SYNC3 with 6-inch display, bi-xenon viewers, LED daytime running lights and a reversing camera.
The 4.43 meter long Ford Transit Connect Sport with Sport Pack has a starting price of € 23,065 and can be ordered immediately. The 4.83 meter long L2 variant changes from owner to fully loaded Sport trim for € 750 extra. Please note, these prices are exclusive of VAT and bpm.
