Best iOS Games October 2018

October was another great month for gaming enthusiasts. This way you can get started with the farm game Stardew Valley, because the full game can be played on your iPhone. The makers of Old Man’s Journey also have a new musical puzzle game, you can go outside to catch ghosts and swipe in Westeros. What are you going to play?

1. Stardew Valley

The popular game Stardew Valley has made its way to iOS. In this game you as a player inherit your grandfather’s farm. Because you are ready for a change, you decide to travel to that farm and get started there. A lot needs to be done, such as cleaning up, planting crops, watering and more to restore the farm to its former glory.

But the game goes further than that. The farm is located near a village with all kinds of characters. You can get to know all the villagers, help them and maybe even start a relationship with someone. These two sides combined provide a wonderful game.

2. ELOH

The creators of Old Man’s Journey are back with a new game, unlike the emotional story of the previous one. Yet the quality is again very high. ELOH is a relaxing puzzle game that revolves around music. In each level you have to guide audio beams to an end point by sending the beams in a different direction via blocks. Every block you place makes a sound. Even if all blocks are wrong and the beam goes completely in the wrong direction, the result still sounds pleasant.

Over the course of the game, new elements are added, such as different color blocks that adjust the audio beam. The result is a nice game to relax with.

3. Ghostbusters World

Have you collected enough Pokémon? Then you can now go out to catch ghosts with Ghostbusters World. You place a proton pack on your back and use the beam that comes out of it to catch all kinds of ghosts. Caught ghosts can be trained to fight in the ghost dimension. You can also fight against other players. Ghostbusters World is therefore a pretty complete game right away. Are you going out again?

4. Black

Gamemaker Bart Bonte is back after Yellow and Red with a new puzzle game: Black. Just like the predecessors, the aim in the new series of levels is to make the entire screen even. In this case, everything should turn black. Each puzzle requires a different solution. Are you smart enough to make it to the end?

5. Reigns: Game of Thrones

Remember the Reigns games? Here you make decisions for your kingdom by swiping cards left or right. These choices can have significant consequences. In Reigns: Game of Thrones this idea is used, but you play as a ruler in Westeros from Game of Thrones. You start as Daenarys and later unlock other characters with their own stories. Winter is coming, so it’s time to swipe.
