Piece A2 disappeared from Google Maps

According to Google Maps, part of the A2 highway between Utrecht and Amsterdam is no longer present. If you want to navigate on that route, in a number of cases you only get routes that go via secondary roads.

Strangely enough, on the widely used map and navigation tool Google Maps, the A2 has disappeared in a southerly direction between Vinkeveen and Nieuwer Ter Aa. If you want to go from Nieuwer Ter Aa to Breukelen by car and look up the route on Google Maps, you will notice that you will be sent on back roads and not on the A2. If you want to go the other way, from Nieuwer Ter Aa to Vinkeveen, you will be sent inside via the Ter Aase Zuwe, instead of the usual A2 and N201.

Highway away

If you have to take the highway from Breukelen to Abcoude, according to Google Maps you can just take the highway, but you have to return (as you can see above) via Loenen aan de Vecht on the N201 and N402. It is unclear what caused the error and since when the problem started. Google has not yet responded.
