Poco X3 NFC specifications

Xiaomi provides the Poco X3 NFC with a plastic housing with a 6.67-inch LCD screen with full-HD resolution. What is striking is the maximum refresh rate of the screen, which indicates how many times per second the image refreshes itself. With 120 Hz, the refresh rate is the same as on much more expensive smartphones such as the Samsung Galaxy S20, OnePlus 8 Pro and Oppo Find X2 Pro. The phone is splash-proof with an ip53 certification.

The Poco X3 NFC runs on a brand new Snapdragon 732G processor, has 6 GB of RAM and 64 or 128 GB of storage memory with micro-SD slot. The device supports no 5G internet. The smartphone does have an infrared sensor, an NFC chip and a fingerprint scanner, in the on and off button on the right side.

Large battery charges quickly

The Poco X3 NFC contains a large 5160 mAh battery, which, according to the manufacturer, lasts for two days. The battery charges via USB-C. The box contains a 33 Watt charger. It must fully charge the battery in 65 minutes. Wireless charging is not possible.

Four cameras

There is a quadruple camera on the back of the smartphone. The primary camera lens comes from Sony and has a resolution of 64 megapixels. By default, it takes 16 megapixel photos, combining pixels for better pictures. The other cameras are intended for wide-angle images, macro photos and a depth of field effect.

Three years of updates

Xiaomi guarantees three years of ‘regular’ system updates for the Poco X3 NFC. That is neat, but does not say much. It is not clear what the manufacturer means by ‘regular’ and it is not said how many Android updates the phone will receive. The device appears with Android 10 with the MIUI 12 shell from Xiaomi.
