Taycan style viewers
Next week the curtain will go down on the renewed Porsche Cayenne. Before that happens, Porsche itself shows that the Cayenne will get a considerably different face thanks to Taycan-like headlights.
It is no longer a big surprise that the renewed Porsche Cayenne has a considerably different look than we are used to. Recently, the entire Cayenne has already appeared in somewhat vague photos and over time many spy photos have appeared that made the metamorphosis clear. Anyway, Porsche does not miss the opportunity to zoom in on the new viewers of the Cayenne just before the unveiling.
It is better than ever to see how strongly the headlights seem to be inspired by those of the electric Porsche Taycan. Both top and bottom they are quite flattened and – just like the Taycan – there are four separate LED elements. We only see it partly here, but you can just expect a large grille in the nose of the new Cayenne. A style element that may die after this now almost six-year-old Cayenne, because the successor will be fully electric. But for the refreshed Cayenne you can still bet on the well-known (hybrid) powertrains. The unveiling is on Tuesday 18 April.
