Prices new Dacia Sandero and Sandero Stepway announced

Dacia has released the Dutch prices of the brand new Sandero and Sandero Stepway. The new Dacia Sandero is slightly more expensive, but has an entry-level price of less than 14 grand. The new Sandero and Sandero Stepway will be at the dealers in mid-January.

Until recently you stepped for € 12,830 in a brand new Dacia Sandero with 1.0 TCe 100 Bi-Fuel under the hood, executed as Comfort. That is no longer the case. Dacia has prepared the completely new generation of Sandero and Sandero Stepway for the Dutch market and that requires a higher starting price. The starting price of the new Dacia Sandero is € 13,490. For that amount you drive the Dacia Sandero with the tightened TCe 100 Bi-Fuel, so with particle filter, as the beating heart. The TCe 100 Bi-Fuel consumes both petrol and LPG. The starting price of less than € 13,500 also applies to basic Essential version, a flavor that will still be placed under Comfort. You will spend € 15,090 for the Comfort.

Dacia Sandero

Prefer the new Dacia Sandero with a conventional petrol engine? Can also. The Sandero is also available with the 91 hp TCe 90, a 1.0 three-cylinder. The Sandero costs a minimum of € 13,990 (Essential) with this engine. You will spend at least € 15,590 for the Comfort version. In addition to a manual gearbox, the TCe 90 can also be connected to a CVT automatic transmission. This transmission is only available in combination with the Comfort version and costs € 17,990 in that case.

Dacia Sandero

Basic Essential version comes standard with the simple multimedia system Media Control with DAB + radio, Bluetooth and USB connection. 15-inch steel wheels with caps, electrically operated front windows and a height-adjustable steering wheel are also standard. The Comfort is, as its name implies, more spacious in its stuff. This version has manual air conditioning and a multimedia system with an 8-inch display and Android Auto and Apple Carplay connectivity. Electrically operated rear windows, a rain and light sensor, a leather-covered and also depth-adjustable steering wheel, a height-adjustable driver’s seat, fog lights and electrically adjustable and heated exterior mirrors are also part of the standard equipment.

Dacia Sandero Stepway

Dacia also delivers the new Sandero as an adventurously dressed Stepway. This Sandero peppered with crossover details has a starting price of € 16,290. That amount is for the TCe 100 Bi-Fuel version, performed as Essential. The Sandero Stepway with this LPG machine executed as Comfort costs € 17,490. The Dacia Sandero with TCe 90 and manual transmission costs € 16,790 and € 17,990 respectively as Essential and Comfort. The TCe 90 with CVT automatic transmission is also only available in combination with the Comfort version with the Sandero Stepway. His price: € 20,390.

Dacia Sandero Stepway (interior)

The standard equipment of the Sandero Stepway is in all cases richer than that of the regular Sandero. For example, the Essential version of the Sandero Stepway already has manual air conditioning, 16-inch ‘flex wheels’ – wheels that look like alloy wheels but are not – and a height-adjustable driver’s seat. The Comfort has climate control, parking sensors and the 8-inch multimedia screen with the Sandero Stepway.

New platform

The new Sandero and Sandero Stepway are, just like the new Dacia Logan not available here, on a completely new platform for the brand that is a derivative of the modern basis that has a place under cars such as the Renault Captur and Clio. This CMF-B LS (Low Specification) base brings with it a series of new passive and active safety systems for the Dacias. The arrival of this more expensive but modern platform will undoubtedly play a role in the higher starting price of the new Sandero’s.
