Minor changes
Renault is revising the Austral’s delivery range. The starting price of the electrified SUV will increase by €1,000, but you will get extras in return.
Until recently, the Renault Austral had a starting price of €37,330. For that amount you drove the Austral with a 130 hp mild-hybrid drivetrain, designed as Equilibre. The Equilibre flavor has been renamed Evolution and that of course rolls off the tongue a little better. The starting price of the mild-hybrid Austral will increase by €1,000, but Renault will provide something in return. Although the entry-level version, now costing €38,330, retains its 9-inch infotainment screen and the 12-inch model is therefore not standard, a navigation system and Google integration are from now on. A reversing camera and parking sensors are now also standard. The Equilibre only had rear parking beepers.
The price of the Renault Austral with mild-hybrid petrol engine combined with the Techno version remains unchanged at €39,830. The Techno flavor now also offers more indulgence. For example, an induction charger is now standard.
Would you prefer a fully hybrid Renault Austral? Of course, that is also possible again and from now on for slightly less than before. The delivery range of the 200 hp Austral Hybrid 200 previously started with the Techno version (€43,830), but this now includes the Evolution version. It costs €42,330 and is therefore slightly cheaper. The Techno Esprit Alpine version becomes a modest €400 cheaper.
