With a touch of 308 and 408
The Peugeot 508 has been around for a while and so it is obvious that the mid-sized car will soon be facelifted. You don’t have to wait long for that renewed 508. Peugeot reports that the refreshed 508 will make its debut on February 24.
In November last year, the first spy photos of the facelifted Peugeot 508 surfaced and you don’t have to wait long for its unveiling. This week – Friday to be precise – Peugeot will present the renewed 508 to the light of day.
Peugeot processes that announcement in a video in which it also releases some fragments of the renewed 508. We see, among other things, spoiler work and a wheel of what should be the sporty PSE version. Peugeot also shows a glimpse of the grille of the renewed 508. It seems to be designed a lot more lavishly than the one on the current model variants. It goes without saying that Peugeot provides the 508 with design elements that you know from younger models such as the 308 and 408. Earlier spy photos already indicated that the 508 will at least have rear lights with a new layout in which the LED stripes are to the right, just like with its younger sister models.
We will know more on February 24, when Peugeot will release all information and extensive photo material of the renewed 508. The current model is now five years old.
