Evolution on the screen

Renewed Porsche Cayenne in the picture

The renewed Porsche Cayenne showed its completely new interior for the first time yesterday. In an age of screens, the border between inside and outside is thinner than ever, so we can already take a look at the outside. Kind of, then.

These images of the new Porsche Cayenne are taken from the inside of the car just like yesterday’s, but they show the outside. As with so many cars, certain screens in the menu show the car, which in this case is still a very secret. Thanks to Cochespias1 and Wilco Blok on Instagram we can already show you the Cayenne, albeit not yet in real photos.

Still, a lot is becoming clear. It is very similar to the current one, but that is not surprising. It is a facelift, but a very extensive facelift. At the front and rear, the car gets more sharp creases and right angles. The headlights are sleeker and flattened at the top, similar to how the Taycan is. Porsche is going to use that ‘family face’ on more models. The front bumper is nice and tight and in this case contains three large, equally high air intakes placed next to each other.

In this case, indeed, because the precise layout of that front bumper will undoubtedly differ somewhat per version. There will be three different plug-in hybrid variants. In the future we will even meet a fully electric Cayenne, but it is clearly not that far yet. Just look at the back, where the two exhaust tips are marked in blue. The license plate is for the first time on the Cayenne under the lid, so in the rear bumper. It is tighter in shape than it is now. This also applies to the rear light party. The current Cayenne already has a fashionable rear light bar, but it now keeps more or less the same shape across the full width.

We don’t have to wait long for real photos of the radically revised Cayenne, because Porsche will unveil it on April 18.
