For example, Porsche talks about the arrival of improved powertrains and things like ‘the connectivity’ have also improved. So count on thoroughly updated infotainment. It doesn’t stop there. According to Porsche, the Cayennes will have a new semi-active chassis.
In order to test the novelties, Porsche has extensively put the new Cayenne through its paces. Various test models have covered more than 200,000 kilometers on the asphalt, but also off it. Tests took place in Asia, Africa, Europe and North America, among others. In total, test specimens covered more than four million kilometers, according to Porsche. In Spain and Morocco, among others, the Cayennes were sent into the sand and the cars were subjected to cold tests on the ice lakes of Finland.
