The Skoda Kodiaq is tightened for a second lap. Skoda now announces that the unveiling of the renewed Kodiaq will only be delayed for a week.
At the beginning of this year we saw the renewed Skoda Kodiaq only partially camouflaged. That a facelift is imminent, was not long afterwards made clear by Skoda itself, with some design sketches of the facelifted Kodiaq. Now the brand is previewing the unveiling of the renewed Kodiaq in a short video.
Apart from a few flashing light units, there is of course not much to see. However, the recent sketches already made it clear that the design of the Kodiaq certainly does not change radically. Skoda ensures with somewhat smaller, sharper-shaped headlights that the nose looks a bit more modern. At the rear, new light units with a kind of snack from the bottom should now align the Kodiaq with newer Skodas.
Who knows, Skoda seizes the renewal of the Kodiaq to also bring the RS version our way. For the rest, there is a good chance that the Kodiaq will be introduced to plug-in hybrid powertrains. On April 13 we hear and see it, because then Skoda unveils the renewed Kodiaq.
