Renewed Skoda Octavia can now also be ordered as a hatchback

On February 14 of this year, not only florists had a good day, it was also a long-awaited day for Skoda. Then it presented its refreshed success, the updated Octavia. It is back at it with, among other things, a fresh front and a new infotainment system. Of course, it is also available again as a Combi and as a hatchback. We have known for almost a month now that prices for the Combi start at €35,990. It is now known that it starts at €34,490 for the hatchback. That’s a difference of €1,500.

Just like with the Combi, it is initially a First Edition version. It already has a reversing camera, ‘luxury’ rear lights with dynamic turn signals and parking sensors front and rear. For an additional charge, you can exchange the standard 10-inch infotainment for the 13-inch one and add adaptive cruise control, as well as matrix LED headlights.

Various power sources are available. For the aforementioned €34,490 you can get it with a 115 hp 1.5 TSI and six-speed manual transmission, for €2,000 more you can get the mild-hybrid with seven-speed DSG. Then there is also the 150 hp version, which has a DSG automatic transmission as standard. It costs €38,490. By the way, these choices are now also available for the Combi. You can order immediately.
