You can use Videoleap Editor to edit video material on a phone.
The original high-quality video is preserved and it is nice that you can do the editing accurately (at frame level). In terms of editing, the app also contains the functions you would expect: trim and split functionality, audio post-processing and manual controls for adjusting contrast, saturation level and brightness, among other things. In addition, we find a number of more ‘advanced’ functions in the app. For example, with the green screen option you can exchange backgrounds and provide parts of the frame with a different color or print. The app has been available for iOS for a while, but is now also available for Android devices.
The app is especially notable for the amount of effects you can apply to the footage. In addition, you can add texts and ‘stickers’ to the image that come from a Giphy (an animation service) and from Videoleap itself.
Below the timeline you will find a menu with the elements with which you can enrich the video. You can add texts, but also apply filters. You can also make transitions between scenes, choosing between a fixed set of transitions or making a transition manually.
