Rolls-Royce grants first look at the new Ghost’s interior

The brand new Rolls-Royce Ghost will not be long in coming. The British luxury brand does not seem to be able to wait anymore and is already showing part of the new dashboard.

Another week of patience and then the brand new Rolls-Royce Ghost will be revealed. On Tuesday, September 1, the time has come. They are very enthusiastic about it at Rolls-Royce. We recently got to see the new Ghost in sketch form and now the brand is sharing a first real photo of the newcomer. On it we see a new option from the ‘bespoke department’ of Rolls-Royce. Anyone who puts down an undoubtedly nice punch of extra money will get a kind of starry sky on the dashboard. No fewer than 152 tiny LEDs, which also give a depth effect through the use of different layers, provide a special sight. The model name is also illuminated and legible on the dashboard. According to Rolls-Royce, there is nothing to show when you turn the car off, so it should look spectacular once it turns on.

The dashboard of the current Rolls-Royce Ghost

A nice detail, but more interesting is that we see the dashboard of the Ghost for the first time. In the picture above we see the dashboard of the current Ghost; in one fell swoop you see that things are a lot tighter in the new Ghost. From the instruments (just outside the picture) it runs pretty seamlessly in a straight line to the infotainment screen. The screens, the clock and the ‘starry sky’ are all in one sleek panel that is ‘wedged’ at the top and bottom by the rest of the dashboard. So one more week of patience, then we see it all.
