Android 13 rolls out for the Samsung Galaxy S22, Galaxy S22 Plus and S22 Ultra. Samsung is, after Google, once again the first manufacturer to roll out this Android version to its phones.
What is OneUI 5?
Samsung’s One UI 5.0 software shell is based on Android 13. According to Samsung, this software shell is designed so that you have more options to personalize your Galaxy phones. Among other things, One UI 5 has a new look and feel for a smoother user experience. From clear and simple icons to a streamlined color scheme. Furthermore, the notifications in One UI 5 have been made more intuitive, making them readable at a glance. The buttons for answering and rejecting calls are more visible in a new pop-up call screen.

The Good Lock app Video Wallpaper is now available directly on the lock screen. With just a few taps, you can crop a video to set it on your lock screen. Samsung is now rolling out One UI 5

The update will be rolled out over-the-air to the Galaxy S22 series and once it’s in, you’ll see a notification in the notification bar. You can also manually search for the update: Settings -> Software Update -> Download and Install.
