SCG comes with a street-legal version of Le Mans Hypercar

Scuderia Cameron Glickenhaus comes with a street-legal version of its Le Mans Hypercar racer. The car manufacturer shows a first image on Facebook of the 007S, a rip nose with spinal cord crushing specifications on paper.

Scuderia Cameron Glickenhaus (SCG) will compete with the 007 in the Hypercar class at the 24 Hours of Le Mans. That long-distance racer will get a street-legal version in the form of the 007S, the car manufacturer reports on Facebook. That SCG 007S promises to be a very fierce colossus.

According to its creators, the SCG 007S gets a 1,420 hp and – yes – 3,796 Nm strong powertrain. In addition, the car weight of the 007S, according to Glickenhaus, will be 1,270 kilos. The 007S will be a three-seater with the driver sitting in the middle. The 007S, of which Scuderia Cameron Glickenhaus will make 24 copies, will in any case be available for the American market, but according to SCG it can also be adapted to the requirements of the German TUV for a road car. The 007S should be able to complete a lap of the Nürburgring-Nordschleife in less than 6 minutes, according to SCG. By way of comparison: the non-street-legal Volkswagen ID.R completed a ’round of the Ring’ in 6:05; 336 and the fierce, also non-street-legal Porsche 919 Hybrid Evo, completed a lap on the 20-kilometer circuit in 5: 19; 546 to clear. That is promising.
