Scribblenauts Unlimited

Scribblenauts is now a fairly well-known game series with a part on iOS, Scribblenauts Remix. Now there is the sequel with Scribblenauts Unlimited. For those unfamiliar with the game, it’s about a boy named Maxwell who has a magical notebook. Everything he writes in that booklet appears in the game after which you can use it.

In Scribblenauts you constantly run into people with problems, which you have to solve with Maxwell and the booklet. Many problems can be solved with predictable objects, but the best thing is to let your imagination run wild and think outside the box.

Using fantasy

Scribblenauts Unlimited is therefore especially fun for the people who use their creativity. Of course you can call up and use the first thing that comes to your mind, but the craziest solutions will make you really enjoy the game. Both playstyles pay off, although the imaginative players will find it less boring.

Although it says ‘unlimited’ in the title, the number of possibilities is of course not really endless. You can summon a lot, but not everything. For example, you will not find certain brands in it, although you can conjure up some famous people from history.

Not everything works

Also keep in mind that not everything you summon works the way you think in advance. A T-Rex is tough, but is not exactly a friendly creature, so it could eat other dolls. By putting adjectives in front of them, you can often remedy this.

Scribblenauts Unlimited costs 4.99 euros in the App Store, you need iOS 8 or newer to play it.
