Seat has expanded the price list of the brand new Leon. Good news for those who were waiting for the more modest motorized versions to arrive: there are now too!
The new Seat Leon presented at the beginning of this year was provided with its first price tags in April. Seat, however, hung the price labels at the time only on special Launch Editions of a number of versions with one of the 1.5 TSI flavors under the hood. For example, the brand announced that the five-door hatchback with a 150 hp 1.5 TSI, in combination with a manual gearbox and designed as a FR Launch Edition, had to yield € 31,495. It was also already known that Leon Hatchback with mild-hybrid 1.5 eTSI and DSG7 automatic would cost € 33,425. These will of course not remain the entry prices of the Leon. Now it is also known what the Spaniard should cost with the more modest 1.0 TSI.
The five-door Leon with 90 hp 1.0 TSI, coupled to a manual five-speed gearbox, is available from € 24,495. In that case, the hatchback is designed as a Reference. A step higher on the petrol ladder we come across the 110 hp version of the 1.0. In that case, the three-cylinder is linked to a six-speed manual gearbox. Seat asks € 28,125 for the five-door Leon with this power source. In that case, the car is designed as a Style Launch Edition. The Leon in this configuration is also available as a sportier dressed FR Launch Edition. In that case, count on a price tag of € 29,195. Prefer the Leon Sportstourer, the more spacious station version? Expect an additional cost of € 1,200 for the 1.0 TSIs.
The hatchback version of the Leon can also be ordered with two diesel engines. In both cases it is a 2.0 TDI, although the first variant is 115 hp and always linked to a six-speed manual gearbox. This will change ownership as Style Launch from € 31,725. The second diesel taste is the 150 hp powerful version of the 2.0 TDI, a machine that is linked to a DSG gearbox. This Leon currently only available as FR Launch Edition costs € 37,295.
