The Skoda Karoq is almost starting the second round. The facelifted compact SUV will be shown to the world in just over a week.
More than four years ago we were introduced to the Skoda Karoq. The freshness is now gone and so Skoda subtly cuts the knife in the design. A week ago we got a taste of the changes based on some design sketches and now Skoda shows some details of the real thing in a teaser video.
The changes are especially noticeable at the front. The Karoq gets a slightly wider grille, with new headlights on both sides. They are a bit less straightforward in shape than is currently the case, where it is particularly striking that the daytime running lights are cut into two parts. There is also a completely different front bumper on the renewed Karoq, as we hardly expect any other way with a facelift. At the rear we also spot slightly modified lamps and, based on the sketches, we can also expect a new bumper.
Skoda will pull the curtain on the facelifted Karoq on Tuesday 30 November.
