Skoda introduces a new entry-level model of the Karoq, which means that the starting price of the SUV is slightly lower. The recently facelifted Karoq now has a starting price of €32,990.
Skoda has delivered the Karoq, facelifted at the end of 2021, with two different petrol engines, although both the 110 hp 1.0 TSI and the 150 hp 1.5 TSI were only available in combination with Business Edition versions. That is now about to change. The Skoda Karoq with 1.0 TSI is now also available as Ambition. That version is one step lower on the status ladder and with a starting price of €32,990, it is also €500 cheaper than the 1.0 TSI Business Edition.
The Ambition version has 16-inch light metal as standard, LED lighting all around, a light and rain sensor and so on. What do you miss compared to the Business Edition? Keyless Entry, Mapcare, two-zone climate control and rear privacy glass. The Skoda Karoq with 1.0 TSI is also always equipped with a six-speed manual transmission. This also applies to the existing Business Edition.
