Nice muddling
The German off-road specialist Delta 4×4 likes nothing more than to transform the Ford Ranger, Volkswagen Amarok, Mitsubishi L200 and Mercedes-Benz G-class into automobile mountain goats. The company also has a striking preference for Tesla. It now shows an adventurous variant of the Model Y.
Earlier Delta4x4 took care of the Tesla Model X and even the Tesla Model 3 did not escape a mud suit from the German company. Now it is also the turn of the cross-equivalent of the Model 3: the Model Y.
The Tesla Model Y gets a so-called from Delta4x4 lift kit which increases the ground clearance by 3.5 centimeters. Delta4x4 puts the Model Y on special 20-inch wheels that it mounts on many of its cars and folds over Continental’s special CrossContact alloy rubber. The Tesla Model Y also gets black plastic wheel arch extensions. More external adjustments come in the form of an extra set of lamps on the front, roof racks and a real roof rack. There are no motor modifications.
