1. Conversational Reporting

Waze has long allowed you to report all kinds of incidents, such as traffic jams, potholes, road works and much more. However, spending a lot of time using an app while driving is not exactly safe. Thanks to Conversational Reporting, one of the 3 functions, this is not necessary.

2. School zones

The second of the 3 features in Waze is called School Zones. Waze added this feature to keep students, pedestrians and motorists safer when they are near these busy areas. If you drive near a school while it is open, you will receive a warning reminding you to be extra careful in this area!

3. Crash History Alerts

Crash History Alerts is also one of the features that make Waze safe. The feature provides alerts for areas where many accidents have occurred in the past. The alerts are dynamic and take into account current traffic and road conditions, the days of the week, the time of day and the most recent accident reports. The function is intended to increase the vigilance of drivers on dangerous routes, without you having to take action yourself.
