The first Apple Store in the Netherlands will soon celebrate its anniversary, it will be eleven years old on March 3, 2023! That is why we have listed the most beautiful Apple Stores in the world. And there is also a Dutch Store in between!
Retail under pressure, but not at Apple
The past (Corona) years have been very tough for retail. However, that does not apply to the Apple Stores, where you can now find 500 copies worldwide. In the Netherlands there are three, in Belgium one.
Many companies have relied solely on online sales due to the pandemic, but Apple continues to invest in its stores and plans to modernize them little by little.

Apple Stores in the Netherlands and Belgium
The Apple Stores of the Netherlands can be found on Leidseplein in Amsterdam, in De Passage in The Hague and in a shopping street in Haarlem. The only Apple Store in Belgium is located in Brussels. With an opening in 2015, this is the newest Apple Store in our region, the Dutch Apple Stores date from 2013 and 2014.
Probably the largest store opening in recent times was Apple The Grove in Los Angeles. This is located in the popular shopping center of the same name. Not only the cast of Ted Lasso, including ‘Ted Lasso’ actor Jason Sudeikis, but also Apple CEO Tim Cook were present during the opening. He personally welcomed the first customers. The new location not only impresses with its size and the integrated trees, but also the mirrored ceiling is a real eye-catcher.
The newest Store worldwide – at the time of writing – is the Apple Pacific Center in Vancouver, Canada. We liked this one so much that we immediately gave it a spot in the gallery below.
