  • Soup: Even a slightly digestible vegetable soup can calm the stomach and thus help as a home remedy against nausea. For example, carrot soup or potato soup ensures sufficient hydration in the event of nausea and vomiting. In addition, the soup provides you with electrolytes that are missing your body after vomiting. Do not season the soup too much and prepare it low in fat. The lemon should also help against nausea if you eat it or drink the juice. To do this, you can put some lemon juice in the tea or drink cold water with lemon.

  • Pure lemon: If you are bad, just try to chew on a piece of lemon. That can inhibit the nausea. If the pure lemon is too acid, drink a glass of lemon water. To do this, press the juice of a lemon and mix it with a little water.

  • Lemon juice with honey: Even mixed with honey, lemon is an effective home remedy in the event of nausea. Mix a teaspoon of freshly squeezed juice with a teaspoon of honey and suck the mix. Alternatively, you can dissolve them in hot water and drink them as a tea.
