These are things that you actually don’t want to think about during your vacation. And that is not necessary. With an app on your iPhone (or Android), parking becomes a lot easier. You can use this app throughout Europe and therefore do not have to download a new parking app for every country.
The app works very easily. After installation you feed your telephone number and type the license plate of your car. There you choose the payment method that you want to use (credit card, Apple Pay or automatic collection).
Once you have set that, you can use the app immediately and park with your iPhone. On the map you will see all the well -known parking zones and charging points indicated. And if you tap it you will see more information, such as the price and what zones there are.
If you want to park in one of the zones, you choose the zone in which you stand and tap ‘Start Parking Promotion’. After that you no longer have to worry about paying too much. You can extend your parking time via the app at any time or stop earlier. So you only pay for the time you are actually parked.
Small snag
Keep in mind that Easypark asks for a small amount of service costs when you go to park or want to charge the car. But with Easypark Go (4.99 euros per month) you do not get this service costs.
