This way you automatically make a playlist of a party with Shazam

The best way to experience a party is of course playing the same playlist – that’s how you automatically save it with Shazam.

Automatically make a playlist with Shazam

Do you want to make a playlist of all the music that is played at a party, for example? That is possible with Shazam completely automatically! The function is called ‘Auto Shazam’ and once you have activated it, you won’t have to worry about it anymore.

You can only switch on car Shazam by opening the app, not via the control panel. If you have opened Shazam, you don’t tap the big button as normally, but you keep it pressed. Auto Shazam is now switched on until you switch it off again. During that time all recognized songs are stored chronologically, so that you can find them in the correct order. If you want to disable car Shazam again, you just tap that on the big button.

My Shazam numbers

All songs recognized by Shazam are now stored in chronological order in the playlist ‘My Shazam numbers’. There may be previously recognized songs and future recognized songs are also added to that.   • Open Spotify and go to the playlist ‘My Shazam numbers’;
  • Tap at the top of the three dots;
  • Choose ‘Add to another playlist’;
  • Tap ‘new playlist’, enter a name and tap ‘Make’.
