Toyota will also be present at the SEMA Show in Las Vegas. The brand pulls a look at custom pickups from the top hat of which this Tacozilla is by far the nicest.
Toyota is putting the spotlight on the new Tundra at the SEMA Show. Toyota’s competitor to cars such as the Ford F-150 and Chevrolet Silverado is, among other things, packed with accessories from the TRD Pro catalog. The TRD Desert Chase Tundra is the strongest-looking evidence of this (photos 14 to 16), but it is the smaller brother of the Tundra that steals the show during the SEMA Show.
Toyota Tacozilla
Based on the Tacoma, Toyota has created a strikingly retro-looking camper. The modified, camper-style Tacoma is called Tacozilla and is decorated with decals in a color scheme that would have fit in the 70s and 80s. Compared to a conventional Tacoma, the Tacozilla stands about 5 centimeters higher on its legs thanks to springs and dampers from TRD Sport. Of course, a set of all-terrain tires cannot be missed.
Toyota TRD Sport Trailer
Toyota also shows the Tacoma Overlanding Concept (photos 17 to 24), an extra rugged version of the pickup that is endowed with attributes such as a snorkel, a huge bullbar, off-road tires, a winch and a roof tent. The TRD Sport Trailer also shows up, a conceptual multifunctional trailer that looks the same as the body of the pick-up.
