Just be patient and your Apple Watch will receive another cool update. But Apple also removed a nice feature in watchOS 10. And we actually think that’s a shame.
watchOS 10: Apple removed this feature
With watchOS 10, your Apple Watch will get a whole range of new functions. Think of the very fun Snoopy watch face with over 140(!) animations and the smart stack widgets.
Still, Apple has also removed some things, and that’s a shame. One useful function that has left with the northern sun in watchOS 10 is the option to switch a watch face very quickly. In watchOS 9 and earlier, you can quickly switch between watch faces by swiping left or right across the watch face. In watchOS 10, that feature is gone.
It is actually quite a shame that the function is no longer in watchOS 10, because you could use it (without having to look at the screen) to quickly set a different watch face. Was your current watch face just a bit too busy or too bright? Just swipe and you would have set a different one.
Incidentally, there is another function to switch the watch face in watchOS 10 on your Apple Watch, but you have to take an extra step for this. Press and hold your finger on the watch face. Then swipe left or right to choose a different watch face. Then tap on the watch face you chose. It works, but it is all a bit more cumbersome and therefore takes you a little more time.
