Weekly overview 36: iPhone 16 event expectations, AirPods lite, Apple Watch X and more

The 6th generation was released in the fall of 2021 and had a completely new design similar to the iPad Pro. According to DigiTimes, we can perhaps expect the iPad mini 7th generation later this year, but it will not be a major update and the release date is doubtful.

The AirPods 4th generation are expected before the end of 2024, when exactly is unfortunately still unknown. It has already become clear which new functions we can expect.

The fourth generation will get a charging case with USB-C, the volume can be adjusted on the AirPods themselves, the H2 headphone chip is added, support for Bluetooth 5.3 and an improved battery life. There is even talk of active noise cancellation. We list all the rumors for you.
