The WWDC is one of the most important events for Apple every year, but when does the WWDC 2025 take place? These are the expectations.

On the WWDC every year, Apple unveils the most important software updates for the iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, Mac (book), Apple TV and the Apple Vision Pro. For this year, iOS 19, iPados 19, Watchos 12, MacOS 16, TVOS 19 and Visionos 3 are planned. With the WWDC 2024, Apple finally introduced Apple Intelligence and this year there will be many new AI functions Veerwacht.
Where Apple only sends an announcement about one or two weeks in advance at many events, this is completely different at the WWDC. Apple usually announces in March when the WWDC will take place. The event only follows months later, in June the Apple event will be organized. That means that we will soon know when the WWDC 2025 will be held. We put the expectations for you among each other.

Apple sent the invitations of the WWDC 2024 on March 26, in 2023 that was on March 29 and in 2022 on April 5. There is therefore a good chance that the announcement for the WWDC 2025 will be in the last week of March. Often these types of announcements come at the start of the week. It is therefore expected that we will be around this year March 26 know when the WWDC 2025 will take place.
Then it takes a few months before the event is actually held. Apple almost always organizes WWDC in the first or second week of June. That means that Apple in 2025 of the WWDC from 2 to 6 June or from 9 to 13 June holds. Pentecost falls this year on June 9, making the chance that Apple will choose that week. A week earlier or later a more logical choice would be.
