Xtorm XRF101: powerful power bank and flashlight
In the event of a power outage, it is of course useful to have a charged power bank at your disposal. If you choose the Xtorm XRF101, you not only get a powerful power bank, but also a very functional flashlight. This is not only useful during a power outage, but also when you go camping, for example.
It is a robust, metal device that will not break easily. There is sufficient relief on it, so that you will not easily let it slip through your fingers. If you have any doubts about this, you can use the supplied carrying cord. The Xtorm XRF101 is supplied without a case.

Power bank
The Xtorm XRF101 is primarily a 20 watt power bank with a capacity of 10,500 mAh. That’s enough to fully charge your iPhone about twice. And thanks to those 20 watts, this also happens quite quickly. There are two connections on the power bank, safely behind a rubber cover: a USB A and a USB C connection. You can use both connections to charge your iPhone, for example. If you need to charge the power bank yourself, you can do so via the USB C connection in about 2.5 hours.

Flashlight
In addition, the Xtorm XRF101 is a powerful LED flashlight with no less than 1000 lumens. You can shine with it up to a distance of 605 and you can easily decide for yourself whether you want a narrow or a wide beam of light. When you press the on/off button once, you can see how much energy is left in the XRF101 from the lights above the button. If you then press the button twice more, the flashlight will turn on. This prevents the flashlight from accidentally turning on when it is in your bag. You can simply switch it off by briefly pressing the button once.

When retracted, the flashlight produces a very wide beam of light, so that you illuminate a lot of the environment. If you extend the front part completely, a very narrow and concentrated light beam is created. Of course, you can slide the section in or out until you reach the desired light beam.
If you find the light too bright, press and hold the on/off button. The light then slowly becomes less bright. When you are satisfied, simply release the button. The minimum brightness is 300 lumens. In this mode, the flashlight stays on for up to 25 hours and illuminates up to 295 meters. At the highest light intensity of 1000 lumens, that is more than 10 hours with a distance of 605 meters.

Conclusion: Xtorm XRF101
The combination of a power bank and a flashlight is a good idea. Both aspects also appear to be very useful in practice. The only possible disadvantage is that you cannot fully charge your iPhone twice if you use the flashlight a lot. In practice it is not too bad, because the LED light does not consume extremely much energy. Nevertheless, a higher capacity than 10,500 mAh would be welcome.
The Xtorm XRG101 is clearly built to last, with a sturdy metal casing. The connections are also nicely concealed behind a rubber cover. The flashlight is particularly useful with 1000 lumens and an apparent distance of 605 meters, and adjusting the width of the light beam works excellently. At 59.99 euros, the Xtorm XRF101 is also very affordable.
