The different AirTag options
It took a while, but Apple finally unveiled the AirTag. It is a small device that you can connect to your loved items so that you can always find them via the Find My app. Handy for finding your key, but the AirTag can be used in many more ways. We have listed a number of them for you.
Find your keys and wallet
The most obvious use for the AirTag is to find your keys or your wallet. You hang the AirTag on your key ring via a key ring or you slide the device into a compartment of your wallet.
Then you always know where to find these important objects. Of course there are more keys to which you can hang an AirTag, such as your car or bicycle keys.
2. Find your pet
Pets such as dogs and cats are curious. If they are given the opportunity to go out and discover the world, there is always a chance that they will take that opportunity. How do you get your beloved animal back? This can easily be done by attaching an AirTag to their collar as standard. This way you always know where your pet is. Whether the beast is safely in the basket at home or trying to make friends elsewhere.
Find your car or bicycle
Anyone who often goes out with a car has had trouble finding the car. Where had you parked again? Maps apps nowadays often automatically remind you where you parked the car, so you know which direction to walk.
With an AirTag in your car you always know where it is. The same goes for your bicycle. Especially in the enormous bicycle parking facilities at stations, or if your sense of direction is not quite right after a good evening in the pub.
Find your luggage
Have you ever lost your luggage while traveling? It can just happen to you. You leave a bag in the back of the taxi, your suitcase is still at another airport or in the hotel. Simply slide an AirTag in a compartment of the suitcase or bag and you will always find your belongings again.
5. Find your child
It can be difficult for parents of young children to let go of your child in the wide world. They can say that they only walk to the playground in the neighborhood or visit a school friend, but is that really the case? You can keep an eye on them by attaching an AirTag to their clothing. You can of course choose to view the location only if they are actually missing. Your children also deserve privacy.
Find your drone
This possibility may sound a bit far-fetched, but you’ll be surprised how many drones go missing. By connecting an AirTag before sending the drone into the air, you will never lose this expensive device.
